Factors of Unemployment in a Nation - 1426 Words
There are different factors that are responsible for causing the unemployment to rise or to drop. These can be included as some of the causes of unemployment in a country. In this case I am referring to the types of unemployment, that explain some of the most important factors that lead to the unemployment in a nation. When people are unemployed and in the search of new jobs they usually look for the job that better match with them; in other words, the job that best relate with their abilities, knowledge, preparation and all skills. The same thing is done by all kind of business because employers always want the person that can do the best work. The short time it took for finding the desire occupation or the needed worker is known as Frictional Unemployment, which is one of the types of unemployment. Frictional Unemployment influence the unemployment rate to increase, but it is impossible to eliminate it because companies and firms always look for the best person to occupy a post, a nd on the other hand people always look for jobs where they can feel comfortable, so this factor will always be influencing the rate of unemployment. This is not bad at all because with this selective mode people and companies find what they really want and this make the efficiency to be better, so this cause more productivity which is a positive sign for the economy.
